Family Outraged After Alleged Road Rage Shooting

JEFFERSONVILLE,IND., June 22nd, 2008 … JEFFERSONVILLE,Ind. -- An Indiana prosecutor will figure out who's at fault after a case of road rage ends in gunfire.The shooting happened Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Highway 62 and Allison Lane in Jeffersonville.

Wesley Mosier Jr., 52, was shot in the chest.Police said the female shooter in the case is claiming self-defense, but in an exclusive interview, Mosier's family says there is nothing that can justify her actions."To just pull a gun out and shoot somebody makes you feel like she thinks she's got a license to kill," said Wesley Mosier Sr.Hours after his son and namesake was wounded, Mosier was at the hospital, and trying to understand the actions that now have his son clinging to life.
