We were the first in Minnesota to offer a multi-state permit course for our students. Our students can choose from obtaining permits from Minnesota, Utah, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine and more! At last count, you can legally carry in 35 states with combined permits (source: Handgunlaw.us)

We offer training that meets and exceeds the training requirement for multiple states. Our 5-6 hour course includes our own Multi-State Carry course. We have all students perform an actual shooting exercise that meets and exceeds the requirements for Minnesota, Florida and Utah. Range fees are separate and paid directly to the range.

** Our course will qualify you for MN and Utah, Florida, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine and Pennsylvania non-resident permits.

Minnesota permits are recognized in:
AK, AZ, ID, IN, KY, MI, KS**, MO, MN, MT, OK, SD, TN, UT, VT

Utah non-resident permits are recognized in:
AL, AK, AZ, AR, AZ. DE, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NH,
OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WY,
Also: CO, NH, and FL if you are a Utah resident with this permit

Florida non-resident permits are recognized in:
AL, AK, AZ, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MO, MS, MT,
NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, WY, VT
Also: CO, KS, MI, NH, WV if you are a Florida resident with this permit

New Hampshire Non-Resident Permits are recognized in:
AL, AK, GA, ID, IN, KY, MO, NH, NC, ND, OK, TN. UT, VT, WY
(Requires a current and valid resident permit before NH issues)
Also: CO, if you are aNew Hampshire resident with this permit

Pennsylvania Non-Resident Permits are recognized in:
AK, GA, ID, IN KY, MO, MT, NC, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WY

Connecticut Non-Resident Permits are recognized in:
AK, AZ, CT, ID, IN, KY, MO, MT, OK, TN, UT, VT

Maine permits are recognized in:
AK, ID, IN, KY, ME, MO, MT, OK, TN, UT, VT

* Alaska and Vermont do not require carry permits.
** Michigan recognizes resident permits (MN, UT, CT, NH, FL, PA, ND)
(MI, CO, SC, NH, FL, WV only honor permits from residents of issuing states

Student Requirements

Student must be eligible to own and purchase a handgun (i.e. you are not a prohibited person)
Students must successfully demonstrate:

How to load and unload a handgun
How to safely handle a handgun
Perform an actual shooting qualification exercise
** (MN DPS requires live fire)
Range fee is paid by the student
Use our firearm or yours
Know the four main rules of firearm safety

On successful completion of the class, students receive our Advanced Carry certificate of completion This course includes all course materials.
